Abstract: 本研究之主要目的,在於探討道德領導的基本概念與實施歷程,並透過調查研究,了解國民中學校長實施道德領導的現況,最後根據研究結論,提出實施或改善校長道德領導的建議。為達致上述目的,本研究兼採文獻分析與問卷調查方法:首先,透過文獻分析,探討道德領導的基本概念與實施歷程,以了解道德領導的意義、性質、必要性、功能、實施原則與作法、可能面臨的問題及其解決知道;其次,根據文獻探討之結果,編製「國民中學校長道德領導調查問卷」,進行調查研究,藉以了解國民中學校長實施道德領導之必要性、可行性、功能、原則、作法、面臨的問題及其解決之道;最後,根據研究結論,提出具體建議。本研究之調查對象計有三類:一為國中教育人員;二為教育行政機關人員;三為學者專家。共發出問卷1058份,實得有效問卷805份,問卷資料處理採SPSS for Windows 10.07統計套裝軟體進行分析。
The purposes of the study are: (1) to explore the primary concepts of moral leadership and its practice, (2) to investigate the current situation of moral leadership in junior high schools, (3) to conclude the results and offer some suggestions for practicing or improving principals' moral leadership.In order to accomplish the goals, the research adopted documentary research and questionnaire survey. First, through documentary analysis, the study explores the primary concepts of moral leadership and its practice to understand the meanings, essence, necessity, function, principles, problems, and the solution of the problems of moral leadership. Second, according to the results drawn from the literature, the researcher developed“ the questionnaire of principals' moral leadership in junior high schools“ used for investigation survey to understand the necessities, validity, functions, principles, methods, problems, and solutions of the problems of moral leadership. Finally, according to the results, the research provides some substantial suggestions.The subjects of this study with sample size of 1058 subjects and the effective number of 805 subjects are randomly selected from junior high schools' staffs, educational administration staffs, and experts/scholars. The date of questionnaire is processed for statistical analysis under the“ SPSS for Windows 10.07 “ statistics package software.
