Abstract: 社會急速變遷與發展間接造成人們基礎體適能的衰退,該議題已成為世 界各國共同的問題與關心的焦點,為促進澳洲昆士蘭地區孩子的體適能與健 康狀態,昆士蘭教育、訓練及文化部門結合當地健康、運動及遊憩相關部門於 2007年七月共同規劃體能促進之通盤計畫,此即「聰明運動」。透過州立學校 的課程設計並結合學校周邊社區的資源,期用來增加孩子在學校時身體活動的 機會與時間,以達到促進健康體適能的目的,並改進活動的品質及養成終身運 動的生活形態。本文透過文獻分析、歸納與整理,透過「聰明運動」具體規劃 之細則來瞭解昆士蘭州體適能活動促進之相關配套措施與實施方針,期提供台 灣體育發展相關政府單位於政策規劃、編擬及學校教師於教學活動安排之具體 方向之參考。
Now an epidemic disease, making worry governments throughout the world. To scope with this problem, more physical activities are introduced to students. In Queensland, Australia, SMART MOVES has been adopted with the aim of making physical activities a part of curriculum which are executed by related departments of education, health, sports and recreation. Documentary analysis is taken and so is the discussion. Our aim is to provide some examples to the mapping of the policy of physical fitness in Taiwan.
