Title: 國小教師運動習慣對睡眠品質影響之研究

Abstract: 本研究主要目的在瞭解國小教師之睡眠品質現況,並比較有無規律運動習慣者之 睡眠品質差異情形。 受試對象為 747 名高雄縣國小教師 (年齡 36.39 ± 8.92 歲, 身高 162.49 ± 7.27 公分, 體重 58.31 ± 10.30 公斤, 身體質量指數 21.97 ± 2.75 Kg/m �� ),並以匹茲堡睡眠品質量表 (PSQI) 為研究工具,調查所得資料經統計處理後發現:一 、國小教師之睡眠品質得分分佈從 0 ∼ 18 分,平均得分為 5.27 ± 2.36 分, 睡眠品質 不佳者佔 42.6%。二、有規律運動習慣之國小教師,其整體睡眠品質、主觀之睡眠品質、睡 眠困擾及白天功能障礙等層面之得分均顯著低於無規律運動習慣者。然而,在睡眠潛伏期、 睡眠時數、睡眠效率及安眠藥之使用方面則無顯著差異。三、運動強度或運動時段對不同整 體睡眠品質及其構成要素均無顯著影響。
The purposes of this study were to investigate the sleep quality and exercise habit of elementary school teachers, and to compare the differences of sleep quality between regular (at least 3 days a week, 20 minutes each time) and non-regular exercise teachers. There are 747 teachers in Kaohsiung county were randomly selected and asked to fill out the designed questionaires. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to determine the sleep quality. The t-test was used for data analysis and the results were followed: 1.The average PSQI global score of total subjects was 5.27 � 2.36, and 42.6% of the subjects whose scores were greater than 5. There were 21.6% of subjects had regular exercise habits. 2.The PSQI global score, subjective sleep quality, sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction of regular exercise teachers were significantly lower (p<.05) than those of non-regular exercise teachers. However, the sleep latency, sleep duration, sleep efficiency and the use of medication were not significant difference between two groups. 3.The PSQI global score and PSQI component scores were not significant difference although the exercise intensity or duration of the subjects varied. The sleep quality of elementary school teachers was not good as compared with foreign norm and only 21.6% teachers had exercised regularly. The regular exercise teachers had better sleep quality than non-regular ones.
