Abstract: 訓練家長在家庭中教導自閉症幼兒已是目前的趨勢。社會性趨向與共享式注意力等核心缺陷導致自閉症幼兒的社會互動能力不佳,本文除建議設定自閉症幼兒的優先社會性目標外,也提出在居家情境中家長介入的原則,以及能提升社會性能力的有效介入策略和具體作法。
Training parents to educate their children who have autism is a current trend. The core deficits of social orienting and joint attention lead children with autism to socially interact with people less. This paper suggests intervention principles and intervention strategies and concrete practices, in addition to emphasizing on the priority of intervention goals in the home setting.
