Abstract: 本文將創意產生的過程,比擬為廚師燉湯的步驟。首先介紹何謂創造力?其次依序為-步驟一:決定「創意湯」的口味-目的;步驟二:準備材料-有關領域的技能 (主要材料)及創意思考的技巧(配料);步驟三:配製調味料-赤子之心、同情心、勇於嘗試犯錯、勇於肯定堅持;步驟四:生火-熱情;步驟五:文火慢燉-潛意識,以及步驟六:等待香味四溢的「創意湯」!
