Abstract: 穿著不同運動鞋左右側併步之生物力學分析 2014年7月 研 究 生:藍偉倫 指導教授:蔡虔祿 摘要 敏捷性一直是運動中扮演著一個非常重要的角色,故大學術科考試20秒左右側併步為測試敏捷性的考試項目,本研究的研究對象為8名高中體育班學生,研究目的在測試穿著排球鞋、桌球鞋、慢跑鞋及拔河鞋做5秒左右側併步時的各動作分期時間參數、推蹬測力板時間、各動作分期下肢關節的角度及角速度、身體重心位置與移動速度的關係及推蹬測力板時下肢作用力情形。儀器方面透過Vicon高速攝影機及兩塊Kistler測力板進行資料的蒐集,將所得的資料利用Vicon Nexus 及Visual 3D軟體進行分析,統計軟體使用SPSS12.0版進行分析,統計方法使用無母數弗里曼二因子等級變異數分析進行統計考驗,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果發現在各個動作分期中只有在推蹬期的時間達顯著差異,排球鞋在推蹬期的時間、推蹬測力板時間及連續十次的動作時間都明顯比慢跑鞋來的短,而在其他動作分期中並未達顯著差異,故在連續十次的動作時間上,穿著不同運動鞋在推蹬期的作用時間上扮演著重要的角色。在關節角度上穿著不同運動鞋在角度變化上均未達顯著性差異,但是在關節角速度上可以發現穿著排球鞋比穿著慢跑鞋在第一步推蹬期、第五步推蹬期及第七步推蹬期上達顯著差異。在動作中的重心位移雖然在各動作分期中沒有達到顯著差異,但是從前兩步及前四步的運動重心水平位移情形與動作時間的關係圖可以看出,當身體重心水平位移越小,就有越短的動作時間。因此在日後的20左右側併步的考試中,考生可以嘗試穿著排球鞋與桌球鞋,而在練習時盡可能將身體重心靠近中心線,避免身體重心水平位移過大,以提升運動表現。

Twenty seconds side-step is the one of the items in exercise test. Eight senior high school students in the Physical Education Class served as the participants. The purpose of this study was to test wearing different sports shoes such as volleyball shoes, table-tennis shoes, running shoes, the Tug of war shoes and barefoot to do 5 seconds side-step to compare its movement time, time to touch force plates, angle and angle speed of knee joint and hip joint, velocity of body COG and the GRF when touched the force plates. The kinematic variables were captured by the VICON Motion Capture System(250Hz). The ground reaction forces(GRF) data were collected by three KISTLER force plates(1000Hz). The Visual 3D and the Vicon Nexus 1.81 software were used to analyze the kinematic and kinetic data of side-step.All the parameters were tested by Friedman two-way analysis of variance nonparametric statistical test by SPSS 12, the significant level was atα=.05.The results showed that there was a significant difference during the period of leg push off session. We found that wearing volleyball shoes was faster than wearing the running shoes, there were the shorter movement time, shorter the time to touch force plates and greater push off force. The less COG displacement showed the shorter movement time. We recommend that the students can try to wear volleyball shoes and table-tennis shoes to participate the examine test. The students should try to shorten the COG horizontal displacementto reduce the movement time of the side-step.
