本研究之目的旨在探討分散式走樓梯運動介入對啟智學校國中階段學生促進健康體位之成效。研究方法採單一受試研究法中之跨受試多基線設計,參與者為五名十二至十三歲之啟智學校國中部學生,3名為實驗組,2名為對照組。實驗組接受分散式走樓梯運動的介入,對照組僅記錄其身體組成。結果顯示:1.分散式走樓梯運動對促進啟智學校國中學生之健康體位具有成效。2.實施分散式走樓梯運動與無實施走樓梯運動的啟智學校國中學生在促進健康體位上具有顯著差異。但,3.分散式走樓梯運動撤除後未能維持健康之體位,4.訪談相關人員顯示本研究具有良好社會效度。
